InterActing has created the Julia Award, an award for the most talented creative young person with autism. Whether it’s music, dance, literature, drama, singing or any creative expression, the winner will be offered a Master Class by someone in their discipline they admire.

The Award is named after Julia Donkersloot, the very talented singer who showed that an autism diagnosis does not have to mean you cannot use your talents to their fullest. She had an unprecedented perseverance to overcome any obstacle with class, courage and purity. She is an example for anyone who wants to show what they are capable of creatively.
